Our involvement in the Westcombe Park JCT Design and Build Project marked a significant contribution to the first phase of a new residential development, where we undertook the design and construction of a vital spine road, in addition to overseeing the S278 alterations essential for this project’s success. As the principal contractor, we were entrusted with orchestrating various key components of this venture, reflecting our commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions for urban development.

The scope of our work encompassed a broad range of construction elements. We initiated the project with earthworks to shape the terrain according to the development’s needs, providing a stable foundation for the spine road and associated infrastructure. Our team constructed pavements, ensuring the roadways were safe and robust, and the installation of drainage and ducting systems to manage water flow and utility access.

We also managed the diversion of services to accommodate the new development seamlessly. Our commitment to safety and accessibility extended to the implementation of street lighting, enhancing visibility and security for residents. Furthermore, we erected fencing for security purposes and executed the necessary S278 works to meet highway standards. Our responsibilities further extended to the construction of a substation and pumping station, reinforcing our commitment to delivering excelent solutions that contribute to the overall success of this residential development’s initial phase.
