In line with our vision, in 2017 GRS founded the GRS Academy, solely dedicated to delivering robust learning and development programs designed to empower ISC and GRS employees to thrive. The GRS Academy has had phenomenal success and has grown to become an accredited provider of development programmes across a range of levels and business functions.

Our approach has evolved into a passion for developing our people development, something that has become increasingly important for GRS. Today the first of our three GRS strategic priorities is to become #1 for people.

Having good people with the right knowledge, skills and motivation enables us to achieve our second strategic priority, to be #1 in customer experience. Together, being number one in people and number one in service will allow us to realise our third strategic priority which is to be #1 in the markets we operate in.
