We are pleased to announce that we have commenced works at MLM Crayford for McLaren Construction. MLM Crayford is a 319,245 square foot urban logistics hub in Crayford, South East London.

MLM Crayford comprises three highly sustainable industrial buildings with Grade A office space, ranging in size from 31,695 to 109,470 square feet. A multi-storey car park will also be built to serve the development.

At ISC, our scope of works includes delivering the earthworks, remediation and stabilisation packages. This will involve topsoil removal and disposal, cut and modification of fill to development levels, remediation of contaminated soils, supply and installation of attenuation tanks, capping replacement layer stabilisation and the import and placement of aggregates.

The site team have hit the ground running on this project and it’s brilliant to see the good progress made so far!
