ISC are delighted to have commenced work on the Kingstanding Park project in Tunbridge Wells for our client, McLaren Construction Group!

This project is a key part of the wider TN2 Gateway scheme which will provide over 500,000 sq ft of warehouse and industrial space, supporting economic growth in the region.

With its strategic location near the A21 and M25, the development will offer prime connectivity for businesses, and its design aligns with modern development standards with sustainability at the forefront, targeting BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+ ratings.

As part of this major development, ISC are proud to be delivering the earthworks, stabilisation, retaining walls, and drainage packages for the project.
