Throughout his career, Simon has been involved in a diverse range of projects, including mixed-use developments comprising residential, commercial, and educational institutions.

His experience extends across various terrains, from expansive greenfield sites to constrained urban landscapes. Simon has successfully navigated challenging projects including remediation, ground improvement using dynamic compaction, vertical drains and surcharging, as well as executing civil infrastructure projects and constructing concrete frames.
