ISC are pleased to announce the commencement of works on Phase B of the Beam Park development in Dagenham, once again partnering with our valued client, Vistry Group.

Once complete, Beam Park will deliver nearly 4,000 new homes alongside schools, healthcare and community facilities, retail spaces, and an extensive public realm. The scheme represents a significant investment in East London and will play a key role in supporting long-term housing delivery and community infrastructure in the region.

PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR FOR ENABLING WORKS

Appointed as Principal Contractor, ISC is delivering a comprehensive Enabling Works package to prepare the site for future construction. The scope includes obstruction removal, ground improvement operations, and surcharging works designed to facilitate future piling and foundation activities.

A key focus of the project is sustainability and efficient material management. All site-won materials are being processed and reused to generate surcharge material, which is being strategically placed to consolidate the ground ahead of piling mat installation. This approach minimises waste, reduces the need for imported materials, and supports a more sustainable construction methodology.

INTELLIGENT MATERIALS MANAGEMENT

Given the scale of the site and the volume of material involved, ISC has developed a detailed materials movement strategy to safely and efficiently manage large stockpiles within the working area. This coordinated approach ensures productivity is maintained while safeguarding programme and site logistics.

Beam Park is a landmark regeneration project for East London, and ISC is proud to be contributing to the early-stage works that will enable the wider development to progress.
