Andy Gaunt Joins ISC as Contracts Manager

We are thrilled to announce that Andy Gaunt has joined the team at ISC as Contracts Manager. Andy brings over two decades of experience in the Civil Engineering and Rail Industries, with his background spanning across multiple high-profile roles, making him a valuable addition to our team as we continue to grow and excel in the Enabling Works, Earthworks and Civil Engineering sectors.

Andy started his working career in 2000 after completing his degree at Nottingham Trent University, where he then entered the industry as a Graduate Engineer and held various roles, including Setting Out Engineer and Section Engineer. He has worked on the construction of water and wastewater treatment works, overseeing transfer pipelines, flood defence schemes, segmental tunnelling, shaft sinking, and timber headings. Later in his career, Andy then became a Project Manager, managing groundworks contracts valued up to £12 million. In 2014, he then became a Contracts Manager, responsible for projects valued from £3 million to £25 million.

“I’m thrilled to join ISC and look forward to contributing to such a dynamic team.” said Andy Gaunt. “With my background in Civil Engineering and contract management, I’m eager to bring my experience to the projects here and continue building a culture of safety, quality, and success.”

Outside of work, Andy is an avid traveller and enjoys staying active through running, golfing, and skiing.
